Children flourish when the adults around them are able to think together, respond with compassion and create environments where they feel safe to grow.

I am a Play Therapist and mental health practitioner specialising in work with children, young people, families and the professionals around them. I provide therapy, relationship-focused work, consultation, supervision and reflective practice.

I work alongside children to help them make sense of difficult experiences through play and creative therapy, while supporting the families and professionals around them to understand what children may be communicating through their behaviour and relationships with others. I also provide individual support to professionals who work with children and families.

My background in mental health nursing and therapy across a range of settings has shaped the way I work. It has taught me the value of slowing down, thinking together about what might make sense, and considering what might help. My aim is to provide thoughtful, psychologically informed spaces where children and the adults around them can develop greater understanding and find a way forward.
