Things to know before you make contact

You do not need to know exactly what support you are looking for before making contact. An initial conversation can be an opportunity to share what is happening and think together about what might be most helpful.

Making contact does not commit you to starting therapy or another service; it is simply an opportunity to talk through what is happening and consider whether I might be able to provide support.

When you first get in touch, please avoid including detailed or sensitive information about a child, young person or family by email. An initial message only needs to give me enough information to understand what you are contacting me about. We can talk through the situation and what information may be helpful to share if we arrange a conversation.

Where do you work?

I currently work with children, families and professionals across Gateshead, Newcastle and West Northumberland. .

For professional services and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy, I am able to provide this online or in local venues. Extra time and travel costs may apply for therapy sessions outside these areas.

How much are services?

Due to the personalised approach I take, service costs vary. Please contact me for more information.
